Khayelitsha man killed, 3 others wounded in suspected minibus taxi-related shooting

CAPE TOWN - A fifty-five-year-old man has been killed and three others wounded in a suspected minibus taxi-related shooting in Khayelitsha's Site C earlier on Friday.

Police spokesperson Wesley Twigg says the victims were found in Njabulo Street with gunshot wounds.

 "The 55-year-old victim was declared deceased on the scene by medical personnel, while the other victims were taken to a medical facility for medical treatment. The motive for the attack is believed to be taxi-related. The suspects fled the scene and are yet to be arrested."
